The TXTC 48 Hour Promise

This is simple. We have noticed that there is a problem of response time in the industry when challenges occur on a jobsite. General contractors need something from their subcontractors and getting it done quickly is the name of the game. Our promise is simple, when our customers contact us with a need on their project, we will respond within 48 hours to solve that problem.
The field is the priority. We understand this and so we not only take extra measures to ensure quality control on all our projects, but we also commit to responding and fixing any issue that may come up on a construction project quickly. We are so committed to this that we felt it necessary to formalize this commitment to our customers in the form of a promise!
We take it a step further to the office side of a construction process. We will get you additional pricing and paperwork in a timely manner no matter what we have going on with for that day. It is critical that our clients get what they need when they need it, and we are willing to make this promise and be held accountable to meet our commitments!
The bottom line is this, When our customers need us we are committed to responding quickly and with intense focus to solve their needs and keep the construction project moving forward.
